The Three Generations Game!

We are often told we are living in a "Gig economy" and jobs for life simply don't exist anymore. While we can't argue that we are living in changing times, here at Isis we also strongly believe in providing our staff with great career opportunities. 

Perhaps nothing demonstrates this better than the fact that we often have relatives of our teams joining the business at one time or another. However, we currently have the somewhat unusual situation of employing THREE generations of the same family as part of our specialist cleaning teams!

Ian Wrightson returned to the Team in 2024 after a spell working around the country and was joined by his son, Jason, who joined us in 2025 after working in The City managing static teams of up 26 window cleaners on some sites and supervising High Rise Rope Access widow cleaning works on some of the Highest profile buildings in the City, including “The Gherkin”, Plantation Place, The Shard and Lloyds Building.

During his time in London Jason met his Wife and started a Family, however the Draw of his Hometown and Newcastle United has brought him North again.

Recently "Team Wrightson" has been joined by young Jack, Jason's son doing Work Experience from Cramlington High School making three generations working at Isis simultaneously!
