We work to British Standards (BS7985) for Rope Access Techniques and maintain rigorous health and safety protocols on every project. Why Choose Rope Access?

Frequently Asked Questions
What is IRATA certification?
IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association) is the internationally recognised body that sets standards for industrial rope access. Our technicians hold IRATA Level 1, 2, and 3 certifications, demonstrating the highest levels of competency and safety in rope access work.
Is rope access safe?
Yes - rope access is a highly regulated industry with strict safety standards. Our technicians work to British Standards BS7985 and maintain comprehensive risk assessments and method statements for every project. Statistically, rope access has an excellent safety record compared to other forms of access at height.
How does rope access compare in cost to scaffolding?
Rope access is typically significantly cheaper and faster to mobilise than scaffolding, particularly for complex buildings or one-off access requirements. There's no lengthy setup time and no impact on the surrounding area.
What types of buildings do you work on?
We work on all types of commercial buildings including offices, hotels, arts venues, hospitals, retail centres, and industrial premises. We specialise in architecturally complex structures where conventional access methods are not feasible.
