ISIS are very proud to welcome “Trinity House” Newcastle upon Tyne as a client.

Trinity House, founder of the larger Broadchare area of Newcastle is one of Newcastle’s oldest serving parts of the City dating back to 1505. The buildings are steeped in maritime History and well worth a visit.

We have been involved on Broadchare for a long time now, Firstly with The Live Theatre whom we have worked with for 15 years. Live is a remarkable place to watch some great Local Plays in a very intimate environment crammed with super ambience. Live have done a superb job over the years re-developing, re-purposing and maintaining on going a large swathe of Broadchare - Again, well worth a visit, a real cultural Gem nestled away in one of Newcastle’s oldest surviving quarters on the Historic Quayside. We provide regular planned window cleaning services, planned gutter cleaning and maintenance, Reactive Graffiti Removal and regular Jet washing of pathways, paving and artificial turfed areas.

Next door to Live, Trinity Chambers, again forming part of the original Broadchare developement, a client of long standing whom we provide planned window cleaning services and planned gutter cleaning services again a very much valued client.

With all of this in mind we were pretty excited to receive an equiry just before Christmas from the Master at Trinity House, Capt. S. C. Healy. FNI regarding taking on the ongoing Planned Gutter Cleaning and maintenance. After an in depth survey a suitable site specific RAMS were produced along with a competitive quote. We are looking forward to carrying out our first visit in April ‘26. Hopefully the first of many.

We are very much looking forward to forging a long lasting proffessional relationship with Trinity House, Capt Healy and his Team.
