A Promising start to 2026
20th February 2026
We have certainly hit the ground running since our return to the Office this January. The year started as always with the first few days back and H&S Compliance Training for all colleagues at Isis.
It is always good to be in the office at this time of year as there is a real BUZZ in the air, we have the lads from NE1 Rapid Response in and some of our excellent staff from our static serviced sites in for their refresher training. Great because they only come in once or twice a year, it gives people a chance to meet, catch up and generally get to know other work mates.

We had a FULL schedule from our Client, Travelodge Hotels, to welcome some of our squads back work after the Festivities.
This has taken us from Portsmouth on the South Coast of England to Aberdeen in North East Scotland and many more in between still in the pipeline for 2026.
Lovely enquiry received from a Construction Co based in Kent who mange the FM of a National Residential Care Home provider. 16 sites throughout the North East region with external render panels requiring Softwashing.
Work should commence this coming May on a 14 week programme. Watch this space for further information before, during and after the project, site by site.
Our Rope Access Teams also got the year off to a flying start! We have had one of our IRATA L3 Techs working nightshift at BALTIC Center for Contemporary Art, managing Safe Working at Height on behalf of Baltic Building Services Dept for Contractors engaged in structural Maintence work. This is a rolling 16 week programme.
Attention has been to turned to one of those potentially lovely enquiries for x2 IRATA L3 Techs and x2 IRATA L2 Techs to provide Rescue cover on a High Level project at a Ship Yard on the East Coast of Scotland. 4 week project, hopefully we will have something positive to report on this one. We have actually recently completed/assisted with numerous High Level projects at Port of Blyth in Northumberland.
Our IRATA Techs supported Mechanical Engineers rig pull censors on a number of Capstans at the Port. Quite interesting work as a lot of our work was under the Jetties which are obviously affected by the Tide. We had to identify windows in the Tidal range when we could access the work site, out came the Yachting Almanac to study the Tide Tables and the project was delivered successfully. Our IRATA Rope Techs were also called to the Port for some Planned High Level Maitenance on a conveyor belt used to offload Bauxite from South America off ships at the Port. We were called to survey access, produce suitable and Approprite RAMS and get up there to clear a blockage.
The project was executed and delivered safely and successfully.
