For over 30 years we have carried out property maintenance services including builders cleans, sparkle cleans, gutter cleaning and much more. ISIS has evolved into a specialist residential and commercial maintenance service provider.

ISIS Facility Services began life in 1992 as a one-man residential window cleaning business and branched out quite quickly into commercial window cleaning then on to high level cleaning via industrial rope access. Today, Isis are working at height specialists undertaking commercial window cleaning nationwide and also the Republic of Ireland. We spend a considerable part of our lives working at height on very tall buildings using industrial rope access.

Additional services which we supply to our much-valued clients is “Loose Gear Testing”. This is the testing of items such as shackles, lifting slings, chain hoists, etc. We also have a team of FPE inspectors (Fall Protection Equipment), the inspection of fall arrest and work positioning harnesses, karabiners, slings, ropes, etc.

Testing & Inspections of Man Safe Systems

If you have invested in work at height systems and accessories they will be subjected to a minimum of a 6 monthly or annual thorough examination or test depending on its function under LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations) & PUWER (Provision of Use of Work Equipment Regualtions). We can inspect/ test and certify certain equipment as followed. We are LEEA trained and accreddited (Lifting Equipment Engineers Association)

Annual

The following items require a miminum of an annual inspection :

Fall arrest wire line systems • Work restriant eyebolts • Fixed ladders • Edge protection gaurdrails

Monthly

The following items require a minimum of a 6 monthly inspection/ test :
