Since the publication of the working at height directive and the corresponding introduction of the Working At Height Regulations 2005, (WAHR), ISIS Property Services has invested in a fleet of specialist MEWPs (Mobile Elevated Working Platforms aka cherry pickers) a safer alternative to using ladders for work at height.

We use these nationwide, both indoor and out, on construction sites, shopping malls and offices. All our MEWPs are available to hire with IPAF trained operators.

The house building industry has embraced our hire service in their quest for developing safer systems of work regarding work at height. We now undertake mastic sealing of windows and other remedial works for Persimmon Homes Taylor Wimpey and Charles Church.

Over the past 7 years since investing in our own Company owned MEWPs we have invested over £1,000,000 in machinery in our exhaustive search to find the right MEWPS for the right jobs. For the past 5 years we have settled with and forged a strong relationship with Teupen LEO Spider MEWPs. Teupen are the world leaders in the manufacture of specialist ‘Spider’ MEWPs.

We have invested heavily in 15m Spiders and 23m Spiders and have special terms for availability to 36m, 40m and 50m spiders which we can pass on to all of our clients. Because of the specialist nature of our MEWPs we only hire out our spiders with fully experienced IPAF trained operators.
