Case Study - Office Interior Cleaning

Hanover Mill is a converted warehouse on Newcastle’s historic quayside that has been converted into 174 apartments and a separate development close by is Forth Banks Tower, a 13 storey new build residential block containing 39 apartments.
Prior to Y & Y’s involvement in the management of these two developments we were providing internal cleaning services of the communal area for another long term client of ours, Kingston Property Services.
In 2008 one of Y & Y’s clients bought the freehold to both developments and Y & Y took over the management. After several site meetings with ISIS, the London based Y & Y not only decided to retain our services but due to our vast previous experiences in dealing with this type of development they decided that ISIS would be the obvious choice to manage and look after their interests in the North East.
We have worked closely with Y & Y for 18 months now and have developed our service to fit ‘hand in glove’ with Y & Y’s requirements for Hanover Mill and Forth Banks. We have a team of cleaners visit site daily who perform a walk through of every communal area to check for and change light bulbs. We report any damage and organise repairs from plastering, replacement doors to painting, organise and manage refuse collections, landlord and tenant meter readings, car park maintenance, property reports and administration. We are Y & Y’s eyes and ears on site and look after their interests on Tyneside.
