Case Study - Car Park Maintenance

Tyne View Retail Park, Gateshead, High Point Estates Ltd.

High Point Estates approached ISIS in 2002 regarding their Tyne View Retail Park in Gateshead as they required a contractor with good local knowledge to attend their site on a daily basis to litter pick the car parks and communal areas surrounding the development. We delivered a maintenance regime to suit their requirements.

One of our teams visit Tyne View daily to litter pick and mechanically sweep the site. We look after the landscape areas, replace light bulbs and monitor the underground car parks as well as produce and deliver weekly maintenance reports to High Point’s estate management team. We organise for the environmental department from GMBC to attend site and dispose of sharps, perform an annual deep clean / power wash of car park surface, chewing gum removal and manage and organise all aspects of building repairs and maintenance to fabric of the development.

During winter months we monitor the weather for freezing temperatures and our teams visit site early morning and grit all car parks and walkways as part of our service.
