All of our clients are much valued and enjoy exacted service levels and just so, if you are a domestic client paying £10.00 per month or a major national hotelier or house builder who pay £30,000 per month. All of our clients receive the same excellent attention to detail - a service level second to none!

Reach and Wash Services

ISIS Property Services was the first company in the North of England and one of the first in Europe to invest in the high performance ‘Reach & Wash’™ window cleaning system.

The Reach & Wash™ system manufactures de-ionised water (an excellent cleaning medium) via a 5 stage water filtration system. The system is also a safe system of work by eliminating the need for ladders that enables our operators to clean windows from the safety of the ground up to heights of 60ft.

We have a fleet of van-mounted systems servicing clients both locally and nationally and ALL of our staff are BWCA (British Window Cleaning Academy) trained in the use of water fed poles.

Industrial Rope Access Window Cleaning

ISIS Property Services have been engaged in industrial rope access (abseiling) operations for over 10 years.

All our technicians are IRATA (International Rope Access Trade Association) trained and work in accordance with ‘the British Standard for rope access technicians’. We see rope access as an essential and integral part of our company, enabling us to offer a total safe access solutions package to our clients.

Our rope access teams have been engaged in operations throughout the UK from the Bluewater shopping centre in Kent to Coventry Tower and onto the prestigious Baltic Art Centre and The Sage Music Centre buildings in the North East. International projects include, work in Dubai, USA and Singapore.

Internally Owned Fleet of Specialist Spider MEWPS

Over the past 8 years since investing in our own Company owned MEWPS we have invested over £1,000,000 in machinery in our exhaustive search to find the right MEWPS for the right jobs. For the past 5 years we have settled with and forged a strong relationship with Teupen LEO Spider MEWPs. Teupen are the world leaders in the manufacture of specialist 'Spider' MEWPs.

We have invested heavily in 15m Spiders and 23m Spiders and have special terms for availability to 36m, 40m and 50m spiders which we can pass on to all of our clients and because of the specialist nature of our MEWPs we only hire out our spiders with fully experienced IPAF trained operators.
